~ I just wanted to say Thank you so much for your wonderful macarons!!!!  They were there, ready, and beautiful when we needed them.  And what a surprise!  Reagan and our guests just could not get over them!!  And boy did we enjoy them!!!  They were beautiful and tasty and perfect.  And we just loved stopping into the room and nibbling on them.  A truly unique “birthday cake”... What a treat.  Thank you for being able to accommodate our shorter notice and for delivering them.  It just worked perfectly and we could not have been happier!!!    JEN

~ Recently I had three of my friends over to attend a macaron making class with Nikkolette. We had so much fun. Nikkolette is a great teacher. She taught us everything we needed to know, including her special tricks, to make these little gems. It was so fun and I would highly recommend Nikkolette's classes or even better, just have her make them for you! They are so delicious!  PAM

~ My favorite treat if done right, macarons must have the perfect balance of textures and stunning flavor.  These met my high expectations; Nikkolette's macarons are perfect!  Simply put, these French cookies are the perfect texture and come in amazing flavors like passion fruit, blueberry cheesecake and banoffee (banana buttercream and toffee).    My fiancé ordered me 2 sets for Valentine's Day and I loved them!  I'm dreaming of the wedding tower that Nikkolette can make for the wedding!  LISA

~ Nikkolette was nothing short of amazing! She brought such artistry to our wedding macaron tower and we experienced the best customer service we could have hoped for. She met with us and we immediately knew we were in good hands! She has such an amazing focus and attention to detail and what we loved most is her creativity with flavors- she put flavors together we would never think of- like Earl Grey and lavender! People are STILL talking about them! We also really appreciated that she came out to our venue and set up the towers herself and took care of the pick-up with the coordinator so that was the last thing on our mind. ~ We had a macaron tower from Nikkolette's Macarons as a part of our dessert table at our wedding this May. My husband and I were not into traditional cakes and I am so happy I found Nikkolette! The macarons were a hit and I got many rave reviews from our guests! Nikkolette is wonderful to work with, happy to answer questions and responsive. She has a variety of delicious flavors and was able to help me select which colors would work best to match my colors and theme. The tower looked great and really set our dessert table apart!  BECCA

~ Nikkolette and her macarons are the best! She was incredibly helpful and quick with her replies. I was planning a 25th anniversary/vow renewal from a distance and working with Nikkolette was so easy. We ordered 150 to go along with the cupcakes we served. The macarons were delicious and beautiful. She worked with me to perfectly match the color theme we had. It was so nice to have a gluten-free dessert that was tasty. They were so good that I only got to try 2 out of the 3 flavors and we only had around 100 people, so order more than you think you need. I highly recommend Nikkolette's Macarons!  TIFFANY
